# Resetting your password or 2FA

### Resetting your password

If you've forgotten your password, go to **/user/password** and submit a password reset by entering your email address and selecting the **Submit** button.

### Resetting your 2FA

The [GovCMS Knowledge Base](https://www.govcms.support/support/solutions/articles/51000386377) contains a number of articles on troubleshooting 2FA issues, including resetting your 2FA if you lose access to your device.
