### Exercise 0

You have access to the GovCMS training environment. You should be logged in with your 2FA account setup and should see the **Admin toolbar** located at the top of the page.

### Exercise 1

A new staff member has joined the team. Create an account for them and make sure they have the same user roles as you.

Their name is **John Doe**, and their email address is **<john.doe@govcms-training.gov.au>**

### Exercise 2

John has forgotten his password.

Please reset his password.

### Exercise 3

John has left the team, please block his user account.
